WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday mornings 5:30-6:30 am
Saturday mornings 6:30-8:00 am
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday noons 12:00-1:00 pm
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings 6:00-7:00 pm
Saturday mornings 6:30-8:00 am (starting March 3, 2007)
All workouts at LSUS unless otherwise alerted

    We swim Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 5:30-6:30 am.  Sharing the coaching responsibilities for these workouts are Bill Cleveland and Janet Martin.  This is a great option for those who want to get a workout in before the workday or cannot be sure to make it in the evenings.  The time is designed to allow parents to get home to get the kiddos off to school and be to work by approximately 8:00 am.  It is also a great opportunity to see a starry sky and a beautiful sunrise...

    We swim Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nooners from 12:00-1:00 pm for those who treasure their early morning dreams and family dinner times.  Jenna Turner leads these sessions.  This is a great opportunity to catch a lunch hour workout.  Do mind the traffic at this time of the day!

    We also swim 6:00-7:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for those who prefer evening swims.  This is a great option for those who want to get a workout in at the end of a traditional workday and gets you home in time for dinner.

    We swim year round and have been known to swim on national holidays, depending on the interest of members.
